  12.     - Updated version, this file is a "stripped" down BIG_CPS_Speed file
  13.       without the "BIG" numbers feature. Doing this allowed me to use many
  14.       of the existing color variables for even more SysOp configurability.
  15.     - This version has 18 SysOp definable color variables, 5 "environment"
  16.       variables, and a TEST mode, which helps in checking color schemes.
  17.     - This version has ANSI & Ascii Box equivalents, plus the ability to
  18.       use the 2.0/2.1 segmented box, or the new open box shape.
  19.     - Some more fine tuning in the "uloads"/"dloads" file reader routines.
  20.     - No bugs were reported since v2.1, so I guess this is fairly solid...

  26.       compatible with THIS(2.0) version!
  27.     - The "V5" variable was REMOVED from version 2.0.

  33.     - This version was modified to take into consideration files of only a
  34.       few K, like text files, that could be Uploaded or Downloaded resulting
  35.       in a VERY HIGH CPS Rate.
  36.     - This version uses a SysOp Definable MINIMUM KByte Length before it will
  37.       actually USE this program. This should hopefully STOP those HUGE CPS
  38.       Rates from happening again.
  39.     - Other BRAND NEW FEATURES include:
  40.         - Separate Upload/Download HighCPS Files, ALONG with Baud Files.
  41.         - Date Stamps are now included within the HighCPS files which can
  42.           now allow them to be RESET every SYSOP DEFINABLE days. This will
  43.           allow for NEW users to get a chance at holding the "record"...
  44.     - Upward compatibility built in by using SysOp Definable Variables.
  45.     - Release Date: 5 June 1993
